Exciting Changes Behind the Scenes: Our Warehouse Move

We wanted to share a quick update on what's happening behind the scenes at Ploom Baby.

We're currently in the process of moving into a new warehouse for Canada & the US which is a huge milestone for our growing business! This transition will allow us to continue to improve our operations, manage inventory, and continue providing the level of service our customers deserve as we grow. 

Ploom has been doubling year over year and it is time to take our operations into our own hands! 

Because of this move, all products currently available on our website are being offered as presale items. At the moment, we do not have inventory ready to ship immediately while we complete the transition and set up our new fulfillment space.

We understand that waiting for an order isn't ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience and support during this exciting period. By offering products on presale, we're able to continue taking orders and ensure you can reserve the items you want while we prepare for our next chapter.

Once our new warehouses are fully operational, orders will begin shipping directly from the new locations, allowing us to serve you more efficiently than ever before.
