Where can I find my preorder update?
Visit our Preorder Tracker for the latest available timeline. Please check there before emailing so you have the newest update.
How do I know which size to choose?
Use the chart for the exact garment style rather than age alone. Our Size & Fit Guide places the garment photo beside its matching chart.
My tracking has not moved. What should I do?
Check the tracking link in your shipping email and allow time for the carrier's first scan or delayed updates. If the parcel appears outside the guidance in our Shipping Policy, include the order number when contacting us.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligibility depends on the item and order circumstances. Review the Refund Policy first, then contact us with your order number if you still need help.
I entered the wrong address. Can it be changed?
Send us the order number and corrected address as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
There is a problem with my item. What should I include?
Include the order number, product name, size, a description of the concern and clear photos. Sending everything together helps us resolve it without asking for more information.

This was my first purchase, but it won't be my last. I washed it in the washing machine and hung it up to dry prior to wearing it for the first time, and it washed beautifully. It's so soft, light-weight, and comfortable, it's like wearing a cloud! I wore it on a 40 degree day, and it kept me cool! Not to mention, the beautiful colors and adorable pattern!
My son is nonverbal autistic with sensory sensitivities. These were a soft and shiny material that is perfect for him!! He is also obsessed with Super Simple Songs and this pattern was just perfect.
We definitely ARE happy, and we know it, in our Noodle & Pals pajamas! We didn't snag these fast enough the first time around and are thrilled about them restocking. This print is so bright and cheerful. One of our favs from the Super Simple collection!

We have waited on these to come into stock forever! My son has been out of his 12 month shirt for so long. This new one looks like it will fit him for a while. Such great quality. I wish we had peek a book cat for a boy.
The modal sheets are one of the main reasons I'm okay with still co-sleeping with my toddler half the night! They're sooo nice and soft. They're twin size but also fit my son's full size mattress. It's 8" thick and they fit great! Paired them with the matching blanket and love the look!
For me this feels like the most highly anticipated Super Simple print yet and boy it does not disappoint! Obsessed with the little frogs. And we love Ploom's tshirts and biker shorts for summertime! They're staples!
