Do you accept refunds?

Ploom Baby will accept returns for a refund on purchases made through our website www.ploombaby.com. Please review our refund policy below. Please be aware, that shipping to return an item is at the cost of the customer. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  All preordered items are final sale. 

Refund Policy

At Ploom Baby we have a 15-day refund policy from the delivery date except for pre-orders, underwear, undergarments, blankets and sheets/ bedding. Pre-orders are final sale. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on. We DO NOT accept returns that have been removed from the individual polybag and tried on. Once the item has been worn, even for a couple minutes we cannot accept a return.

Should an item be returned in condition that is not acceptable, item will be disposed of through donation or disposal. Proof of purchase must be shown to receive a refund. We cannot accept returns unless we have your original payment method. Original and new shipping costs will not be refunded. Only the price of items paid for at time of sale and applicable taxes. 

Returning a bundled discount

Bundling items together allows our small business to offer them to you at a (combined) lower price than if you were to purchase them all separately.

If you decide to return one of two of the items included in a bundle, you will be charged the stand-alone price for the items you wish to keep, which may be higher, then refunded for the items you wish to return.

Ex: T-shirt and shorts cost is $23 USD as a bundle. The T-shirt is 60% off in bundled price but originally $17.99. If you only wish to return the shorts but KEEP the T-shirt you will be charged for the full amount of the T-shirt without the discount ( $17.99) and the difference will be refunded for the shorts! ( $23 - $17.99 = 5.01)

You may return the entire bundle for a full refund! 

All sale items are final sale. ALL items with a 30% off or more discount are final sale.

Once a refund is approved, we will send you a mailing address for you to ship the items. The cost to ship the return is at the expense of the customer. All refunds must be requested and approved before shipping. No refunds will be accepted if we receive a package without prior approval. 

Once the item has been accepted at our location and approved, the refund process will begin. The item will be refunded back to the original payment method. You will be refunded the original cost minus the shipping cost and applicable fees.  Please note that it can take up to 15 business days to process and show on your payment method. 

Non-Refundable Items

All sale items are FINAL sales. All bedding including quilts and blankets underwear are final sale. We do not accept any items purchased under a promotion or with a gift card for a refund. Preordered items are final sale. 

All Pre-order Items are FINAL SALE as they are made to order. Please see the Pre-Order Terms & Conditions section on our website here.

Imperfect Items

Imperfect items are sold as is, with a discount. They may have minor/small cosmetic imperfections not listed. Large imperfections will be outlined in the description. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for the large imperfections listed, or minor/small imperfections that do not effect the function or safety of these garments. Should you have an issue with the imperfect garment outside what is listed, please send us an email and we will be happy to help! 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. Please follow our refund protocol and reorder if you need to change size or colour should it be available. The refund policy applies to this procedure. 

Please inspect all purchases immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately with any concerns and we will make it right. Please contact us within 10 days from purchase to qualify. 

Please note that we are not responsible for washer and dryer wear and this does not qualify for a refund. The item must be unworn and unwashed to qualify.  

Returned Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. Refused, insufficient address or undeliverable packages will be refunded once and if they arrive back to us minus all shipping charges and a $10 undeliverable fee which will be deducted from your payment method.

Please ensure your address is correct during checkout. Once the package has left our facility we are not responsible for its destination. We cannot reroute packages.

Preorder Returns

Items ordered be preorder are final sale as they are made to order. Should there be an issue with your preorder, please contact us within 10 days of delivery for resolution. All preorders are shipped out as soon as the items have been processed in our warehouse.

Mis-delivered/Missing Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Ploom Baby is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. To protect our small business from fraudulent claims, this policy is strictly enforced.

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date so we can assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
