How many points do I earn when I shop?
Members earn 10 points for every $1 CAD spent on qualifying purchases. Points are calculated using the Canadian-dollar value recognized by the rewards program.
How can I earn points without making a purchase?
Eligible activities may include creating an account, adding your birthday, referring friends, leaving reviews and completing available social actions. Sign in to the live Joy rewards panel to see the actions currently available to you.
What rewards can I redeem?
Current reward options include $10 CAD for 1,100 points, $20 CAD for 2,000 points and $25 CAD for 2,500 points. Available rewards are shown in your live rewards account.
How do CAD rewards work on a USD order?
Rewards are issued in Canadian dollars. When used on an order displayed or processed in USD, the resulting USD value may vary according to the applicable currency conversion rate. A $10 CAD reward is not equal to $10 USD.
Do my points expire?
Points do expire. Sign in and review your point history for the expiration date associated with your balance and individual rewards activity.
Where can I see my balance and point history?
Sign into your Ploom account and open the Joy rewards panel. Your balance, earning history, available rewards and expiration details will appear there.
